Digital Downloads  - No Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital stock images, videos and music we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. However, if you encounter any issues such as a wrong item download, please contact us immediately at https://breathtakingvisuals.com/pages/contact

We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase to avoid any inconvenience.

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues, including providing the correct image if in a rare event an incorrect one was delivered.

Exceptions:

1. Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from downloading the image, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for assistance. If we’re unable to resolve the issue, a full refund may be issued.

2. Wrong Item Delivered: If you received an incorrect image, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will correct the error by providing the correct download, or issuing a full refund if the correct image is not available.

Fraudulent Activity:

To protect our business and our customers, we reserve the right to decline orders that appear to be fraudulent. Suspicious orders will be refunded and reported.

Licensing:

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the license granted or the terms of the license. Please ensure you read and understand the image license terms before purchasing.
