A: Our framed art is printed on ultra premium luster photo paper which has between a gloss and matte finish, giving you a highly saturated look and maximum ink coverage.

Due to its rich colors and water-based inkjet printing technique, luster paper is a popular choice for quality photographic prints. What’s more, this poster is framed in an alder, semi-hardwood frame, and comes ready to hang on the wall.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Framed art is made on demand and delivery times can vary depending on your location and the specific product. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive between 4-7 business days within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

A: In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.

Q: What is your return policy on Physical Shipped Products?

A: We strive for complete customer satisfaction. We do not offer returns on shipped products as they are unique products created on-demand when ordered. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the damage so we can provide a replacement or refund. Also please contact us within 14 days of receiving your physically shipped item if for you receive a misprinted item for a replacement or refund.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you (if and as applicable).

Q: What is your policy on refunds and exchanges for Digital Stock Images?

A: Due to the nature of digital stock images, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made. However, if you encounter any issues such as a wrong item download, please contact us immediately.
